My name is Amanda Persson. I am the Founder of Persson Performance.

Before starting my advisory practice, I worked inside high-growth companies where every hire carried financial and strategic weight — in fintech, logistics, battery industry, and other scaling environments.

I operated in environments where speed was critical, but structure was often missing. I saw how unclear roles, rushed hiring decisions, and reactive processes slowed execution and created misalignment across teams.
